You can find the user code in the scratch card or in the email/sms you received during the registration or activation of your Signature. If you do not have the user code or password of the signing account you need to request a new service.

In case of Remote Signature purchased through CDRL, in addition to your username, specify the Domain to which it belongs in the form username@domain
